Yes, of course, please do so in your Client Area and heading to "My Services" or click HERE

This visual can help, if in doubt, raise a ticket.

From above, hit the Product/Service that you have active, and wish to change the password.

Then, as below, hit Change Password to enter the screen where you can enter your chosen secure password.

Remember, never share your Password with anyone.

Note: You VPN Account password is not the same as the password for this website, this website is simply a facility to manage the VPN account, you can reset this password also but not in the same way as this guidance.
